YWTF Chapter Meeting: TBA

- December Art Walk December 6th in the MakerSpace at the library. YWTF Jax will host a table at this event with brochures and informational material.
- Research project: Deeper in Debt. YWTF is the special speaker on this research at the AAUW Jax Branch meeting March 17, 2018.
- Equal Pay Day: April 10, 2018. UnHappy Hour at Moxie Kitchen and Cocktails. 4-7pm.
- YWTF Jax will be partnering with Communities in Schools. This will involve hosting round tables and talk back sessions with high school girls about career choices and college admission. We are so excited about this new venture! Stay tuned for site visit information.
Issues
YWTF Jax is in support of all issues championed by AAUW. These include STEM initiatives, women in leadership, Equal Pay initiatives, and College Campus initiatives.
YWTF Jax is a collaborator with AAUW Jacksonville which has been in existence for over 90 years. YWTF Jax supports and assists AAUW Jacksonville with local and regional initiatives.
Our board and members are able and willing to provide career advice, college application assistance, and salary negotiation training for new college graduates and working professionals.
Local Partners
